Yorkshire Terrier Yorkie - Small - Adult - Male - Dog - Eli
Description
Eli is 4 years old, 5.5 lb. male that came into our rescue badly neglected. He was covered with fleas, underweight and in need of a good bath and some grooming. When we had him checked by a Vet we found out he has heartworms. We need to find a good stable foster home for Eli in the Temple Terrace area where his Vet is located. All vet expenses will be paid. He just needs a quiet home to rest while he receives treatment. He will need to spend a great deal of time in a crate, but can sit quietly in your arms or on a sofa, just as long as he stayes inactive. Eli is pee wee paper trained. He is a very sweet and affectionate little dog that needs someone's help. If you have a small female dog, that would be fine, but we prefer to find a foster home where there are no other male dogs and definitely no large dogs. He will need foster care for 6-8 weeks.
