Gordon is a very sweet quiet guy who is a brand new addition to the shelter. We are not sure of Gordon's exact age but think he is probably a senior aged dog. However, Gordon is a great dog who enjoys getting out for walks with the volunteers, gets along well with people and (quieter) dogs. At Gordon's age he wouldn't need as much exercise as a younger dog and so would be well suited to someone who does not have the time for lots of exercise but loves dogs and wants a very sweet companion. We will update Gordon's profile very soon to include some better photos and some video as well. In the meantime, come down and meet Gordon today and see how lovely he really is. Gordon has unfortunately tested positive for heartworm, however this is easily treated. All Gordon needs is a loving calm environment in which to receive his treatment and he will give you endless love in return. If you are not able to commit to adopting a pet at this stage, please consider fostering Gordon for the 3 months (approx) that it takes to get him through his heartworm treatment.
