German Shepherd Dog - Large - Adult - Female - Dog - Letra
Description
Letra is a lovely 2 year old lady who is a brand new addition to the shelter who was found as a stray and brought in to the shelter by a volunteer. Letra seems a little shy and overwhelmed at being in the shelter environment but she seems to really enjoy getting out for walks with the volunteers and gets along well with other quieter dogs. Letra has a beautiful face and a very lovely soft coat and we think with some training, love and affection in a good home she would be a fabulous family dog! Letra has unfortunately tested positive for heartworm, however this is easily treated and Letra is currently in a foster home receiving this treatment. Please consider Letra as the new addition to your family! Our organization, UAA, partners with the Cayman Islands Humane Society to help rescue some of their dogs as they have a horrendous stray population there. Together, we take care of transport arrangements and costs ....we just need someone to provide a "furever" home to Letra.
